Dewey Future Education is offering talented college and high school students an opportunity to work from home in your after-school hours. You will develop your leadership skills, improve your communication competency, learn about Chinese culture and earn $12/hour.
This position is to act as a mentor to middle and high school students in China through Dewey’s state-of-the-art online learning platform to give Chinese students a real “American classroom experience”.
We will pair two U.S. students with four Chinese middle/high school students to discuss exciting topics designed by our experienced educators. You will be one of the two U.S. students responsible for leading the discussion. Each discussion session will last one hour.

Requirements
- Great leadership and communication skills to lead the discussion
- Commitment and responsibility to act as a mentor
- Over 16 years old and able to legally work in the U.S.

Payment
Our hourly rate is $12. Student is paid according to the number of working hours and performance.
