Research and teaching team
Dewey Future’s teaching and research team are located in the United States. Teaching and research team members have more than 10 years of experience. They are familiar with online and offline teaching and are also familiar with teaching English as a second language. The teaching team is relatively young and energetic.
Teacher training
Foreign teachers are trained with team teaching, classroom manegement and online English teaching before they teach classes. In the teaching process, Dewey Future experts will keep monitoring teaching status and have at least one additional special training per month.
Standard and quality control
Dewey Future will provide detailed lesson plans and teaching resources on the platform to ensure that the teaching quality of foreign teachers can reach an excellent standard. Because of the standard and controllable teaching process, Dewey Future’s platform has a strict assessment for foreign teaching and unqualified teachers will be replaced.
